RGB Network is an established recruitment consultancy operating in the built environment. We supply white collar engineering professionals to leading companies throughout the UK who are working on large and high profile construction projects including Crossrail and Battersea Power Station redevelopment.

We're currently looking to hire additional recruitment sales staff to our team at resourcer level. The role will suit somebody looking for a trainee sales position who is ambitious and looking to develop a long term career.

Initially you’ll be working under and supporting the Director of the Building Services Engineering Recruitment Team. You will benefit from direct support and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing your skills via a comprehensive induction programme for when you eventually take on your own recruitment desk. This is a great way to build your knowledge and confidence - many successful consultants have started via this route. Your career development targets are clearly defined and ideally you will aim to take responsibility for your own recruitment desk within 6-12 months, although this is totally dependent on how successful and ambitious you are.

We also like to put investment back into our staff as a reward. This is not just through the basic salary and commission structure, but a range of incentives including our Quarterly Company incentive.

A bit about you…

First and foremost, you need to be driven and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude. The financial rewards can be great in recruitment, but it only comes with hard-work and drive. Most recruitment sales work is done via the telephone, so you must be prepared to cold call and canvass people you’ve never spoken to before, make business development calls and have an out-going personality that enables you to develop relationships. In addition you will also be required to meet people in person on a regular basis. The role requires individuals who are hungry to succeed in a target driven environment.

You need to be professional and have a desire to provide the best service possible. You must also possess strong communication skills, in both verbal and written English.

Proven administration and IT skills (in particularly MS Word & MS Excel) are required.

We are considering recent graduates and people with previous sales experience, although neither are essential as we also want to hear from individuals who are ambitious and want to succeed in a sales role.
