Sous Chef – Residential Care Home – Liverpool – £8 per hour
My client is a contract catering company who have successfully positioned themselves in the Healthcare sector, providing a quality catering service to their clients and customers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Second Chef to assist the Chef Manager in busy residential care home.
You will report to the Chef Manager and duties will include preparing nutritious, quality dishes for the residents, assisting the Chef Manager with the day to day operation of the kitchen, maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and adhering to company legislation.
My client is looking for a confident, experienced Chef with a genuine passion for great food and excellent service. You must have a “can do “ attitude and have previous experience of working within a similar environment and an understanding of nutrition and dietary needs. You will provide meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Hours are 37.5 per week, hours between 7am and 6.30pm – 5 days out of 7 - £8 per hour
