Our client, who is one of the largest and highly successful within the banking sector, are now looking for people who put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
They are looking for the right individuals who would be interested in an opportunity to work within one of the country's biggest and most successful financial institutions, within their Mortgage Department. This is an exciting opportunity for people with excellent customer service skills and a desire to gain new skills.
We are looking for a customer focused individual who strives to meet targets whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate would be processing incoming documentation with accuracy and attention to detail as required.
Taking calls regarding mortgage applications and assisting with any queries from customers and mortgage Brokers - no knowledge of Mortgages necessary as full training is given to equip you will all the necessary tools to handle your customers effectively.
If you are confident, willing to learn and have a "can do" attitude along with a good customer focus, our client will provide you with the right training to do the job.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, working shifts falling within 8am - 6pm. (Full time)
Pay rate: £8.70 per hour.
Location: Edinburgh South Gyle.
Job type: temporary - please not that the client is looking for individuals to stay for the long term and become part of the company * Please note at least 6 months commitment is required.
This position will have a start date of 7th November Please note that no holidays can be accommodated within the first 8 weeks
