Chef de Partie - 4* Hotel, Warwick, Warwick

I am currently working with a fantastic 4* Hotel in Warwick who are looking for two strong chef de parties to join their one rosette restaurant team.
The role will include, managing the stocks and ordering for a certain section of the kitchen, training junior staff, implementing new menu ideas, covering the head / sous chef in their absence, controlling high hygiene levels and maintaining rosette cooking standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working to Demi chef de partie or chef de partie entry level, will have previously worked to rosette standards and will have a strong passion for quality fresh foods. Any culinary qualifications would be of benefit as well.
In return the successful candidate will be offered a salary up to £21,000 per annum working to a 50 hour contract over 5 days, with overtime paid and great company benefits. They will also get the opportunity to progress quickly within the team.
It is essential that you have access to your own transport for this role, although live in is available for the right candidates.
