Chef de Partie - 4* Birmingham City Centre Hotel, Birmingham
||£18000 per annum, Benefits: Tips - £23,000 OTE
I am currently working for a fantastic four star hotel in the Birmingham City centre. They are looking for a strong chef de partie to join their two rosette restaurant kitchen to help maintain high standards, help train junior staff and help implement new ideas to push the kitchen performance.
The ideal candidate will have a full fresh food background, will be professionally qualified with city and guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and will be a very hard working team player. Rosette exposure would also be desireable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be offered a basic salary of £18,000 per annum, working 5 days per week including weekends on a 45 hour contract. Any hours over 45 are paid overtime and you will also receive a share of customers tips. There is potential to earn up to £23,000 for your first 12 months employment.
