Purpose of the role - reporting to the conference planning manager, you will assist the conference and events sales department to co-ordinate and maximise confernece and events bookings.

Responsibilities - positively approach all sales opportunities in order to maximise sales and revenue, consistently deliver an excellent guest and client service, confidently respond to any customer query, develop great knowledge of the hotels facilites, efficient diary management, note any sales activity for every potential client, help host events in the busy periods, produce table plans and place settings, help manage admin for events, be aware of competition development and services.

The ideal candidate - previous hospitality or conference experience, excellent communicational skills, great admin and organisation, strong under pressure, ability to hit dealines and targets, able to adapt to ensure full potential of any situation.
