Food & Beverage Manager, Daventry
Purpose of the role - To deliver high quality food and beverage service to all customers and to ensure the overall business achieves its full potential.
Responsibilities - to manage all activities within F&B department, review monthly sales performance, contribute to business strategy discussions, review guest feedback and take actions, communicate mystery guest results with team, set KPI's for the team, help with team recruitment, annual staff performance reviews, control stocks, maintain training standards, adhere to all legal acts, totally responsible for the quality and profitability of all food and liquor outlets, ensure total compliance and staff intelligence, create staff rotas in timely manner, comply with all relevant legislation.
The Ideal candidate - recent f&b management experience, excellent written and verbal english, great leadership skills, ability to communicate with all team members, successfully adapt to last minute situations and keep composure at all times, superb customer service and positive attitude.
