Field Care Supervisor/Team Leader
If you have some experience in care work and are now looking for some supervision and management experience, then the Field Care Supervisor/team leader role could be what you are looking for.
Our Field Care Supervisor/team leader is responsible for a group of our service users and Care Workers within the local community.
The role takes responsibility for ensuring our customers are receiving the care and support they expect and deserve. Field based, as the name implies, you will be liaising with the service user directly both at the commencement of the service and for its duration. This will involve conducting assessments and reviewing on a regular basis to see how the service is delivered.
Our Field Care Supervisor/team leader will be responsible for supervising and managing the Care and care Workers, and ensuring that they are always adhering to Network's high standards. Working closely with the Care Manager and Coordinator to plan the service effectively, the role also includes holding regular team meetings, one-to-one meetings, spot checks, supervisions and shadowing with Care Workers to discuss their progress and training.
By maintaining close relationships with both the customer and the Care Worker, the team leader is fundamental to the organisation of a high quality service. The Team leader is also responsible for covering missed visits and emergency care calls.

This role is starting at £8.50 per hour and goes up to £9 after 6 weeks. We have both Full time and part time work available. You will be covering both Harrow and Hillingdon. Must be a car driver with your own vehicle.
