Hours: 17- 20 hours per week
Salary: £33,106 - £36,019 pro rata per annum
Contract Terms: Fixed term - 13 months (January 2017 to February 2018).

With our current Head of Fundraising and Marketing due to take maternity leave in January 2016, this is an exciting opportunity to join our flexible, forward-thinking organisation on a temporary basis and work closely with the Chief Executive to ensure our income generation and marketing targets are realised. Working as part of DRC's Senior Management Team, this flexible, part-time role gives you the opportunity to make a real impact and witness the results of your hard work first hand.
Taking responsibility for the development and implementation of DRC's fundraising and marketing/communications strategies, you will line manage the Fundraising and Marketing Manager and lead on the submission of high quality funding applications and tender bids to trusts, other grant making bodies and statutory funding opportunities.
The successful candidate will be passionate, commercially-minded and results-driven. Committed to DRC's vision and values, they'll have a proven track record in funding applications and tender bid writing. With a clear and concise writing style, they'll have an exceptional ability to raise funds and a determination to improve the lives of disabled people.
