And Pertemps has been awarded Leading Employer status in the UK for 2022 in recognition of its holistic employer qualities, scoring in the top one per cent in the country.
Pertemps Network Group CEO Steve West said it was an honour to receive the accolade.
“It is refreshing to be recognised by an external body for the exceptional work we do in areas like diversity, inclusion and social responsibility, with their research showing Pertemps in the top one per cent of employers,” he said.
“We put an awful lot of focus on looking after our colleagues to ensure we remain a great place to work and will continue to do so. We are a people organisation and our people are our biggest assets.”
Pertemps has been named as a Sunday Times Top 100 employer for the past 15 years straight.
Dennis Utter, Chairman of the Leading Employer Advisory Board, said: “In meta-study format, Leading Employers analyses an extensive number of sources, feedbacks and topics, translating this wide spectrum of criteria into a holistic assessment.
