Labour Market strength will see jobs growth continue into 2017

This year's long-awaited CBI/Pertemps Employment Trends Survey looks back at the UK's labour market in 2023 while looking forward to what the future may bring.
With the current economic turbulence, firms are thinking more about jobs, pay and the impact of the labour shortages. With fewer than half of businesses expect to grow their workforce in the next 12 months, down from 57% in 2021.
