Our well established office based in central Worcester is expanding and seeking a part time consultant who has previously worked within the commercial sector covering the Permanent Division within the business. The area of coverage is Worcester and Hereford.
As the Part Time Permanent Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing your own business, developing relationships with new and existing customers. Attending client meetings to sell Pertemps recruitment solutions and gain a full understanding of the companies requirements to ensure that we will be a value added service to partner with.
Interviewing and sourcing candidates to match to current employment opportunities as well as promoting candidates to the wider market to ensure them employment.
Post adverts to the job boards and screen responses.
Work to sales targets and be able to implement a sales and marketing strategy.
Follow a full aftercare process to ensure that candidates that have been placed are successful.

The basic salary is subject to experience £18,000 - £22,000pa pro rato. Flexible on days and hours
