HR Manager - Part Time

Experienced HR Manager with ideally CIPD qualification?
My client is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide full HR function for their UK offices.
Main duties will include:
Responsible for keeping HR policies and procedures are up-to-date.
Providing support with new employee induction training, from initial set up through to ad-hoc training
Set up initial policies and procedures to ensure my client is compliant with all legal, government and regulatory bodies
Keeping up-to-date on employment law
Support Managers in dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring consistency, fairness and the outcome meets the needs of the business.
Take responsibility for reviewing new starters probationary periods as per the agreed company procedures
Support managers with salaries and annual salary reviews to ensure these reflect individuals performance.
Responsible for the review and administration of employee benefits and handling all recruitment for the company.
Professional HR experience, ideally with CIPD qualification
Experienced working with SME and large companies

In return: £35,000-£40,000 (pro-rata) which equates to £23,500-£26,5000 for part time. In addition you will receive pension, bonus, health care, additional benefits & 25 days annual holiday.
