Our Client is a global provider of inflight catering and retail products to a variety of leading airlines. Throughout 17 locations they cater to more than 440 flights per day and service more airline customers than anyone else in the UK. They are seeking Bar Packers to join their team on a full time, temporary basis at Cardiff Airport from April 2019 until October 2019.
As a Bar Packer at Cardiff Airport, you will be responsible for stripping down bars and duty free trolleys that are returned from the aircraft, checking the returns against an inventory and transferring stock back to storage areas.
You will then be tasked with restocking the trolleys for the next flight by locating the stock in the warehouse and then rebuilding the trolley to each specific airlines requirement.
Contracts are for up to 40 hours per week working shifts on a rota basis and will include a mixture of evening and weekend shifts. A standard week would include 3 x 12 hours shifts then 3 days off.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of team in a fast moving environment where deadlines are tight to ensure that flights depart on time.
Basic numerical and checking skills are essential for this role and will be tested for at the interview stage.

This position is subject to full background screening to comply with both Civil Aviation Authority and local airport authority regulations.
