Responsibilities of they Key Fleet Call handler role will include:
- Ensuring that all calls from customers, suppliers and remote fitters are answered in a timely, efficient, and polite manner.
- To enter all customer breakdown information onto an in house computer system, ensuring that all correct customer and breakdown details have been entered correctly. This ensures the correct information gets passed onto the fitters.
- To make outbound calls to customers, fitters and suppliers, ensuring that all relevant information you need is to hand.
- Chasing order numbers
- Administration support - Data entry of job card information
Some ad hoc administration will be expected during quieter call periods.
The right person for this role will need an excellent ability to pick up new systems quickly and be able to navigate across multiple systems with ease. Strong attention to detail when inputting and taking details. Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers, suppliers and staff.
You will need to have a flexible attitude towards work as overtime will be expected during busy periods. If you have knowledge of the fleet or automotive industry will be highly advantageous.
