Full Time 8.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
£15,500 depending on experience
25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
Free Parking

As an Office Administrator your duties will include:-

  • Data Inputting of Sales orders
  • Being a point of contact for customers over the phone
  • Raising Purchase orders and Despatch notes
  • Checking delivery notes and order information
  • General Administrative tasks such as filing and scanning

The ideal Office Administrator will have:
  • Good customer service skills and pleasant telephone manner
  • Be organised with a can do attitude
  • Good IT skills
  • A keen interest and willingness to learn
