We re looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant with excellent payroll experience to work until the end of the year (December 2019).
The Accounts Assistant main function will be to process the payroll accurately and assist within the Finance department as necessary.
The ideal Accounts Assistant will have…..
- Payroll experience
- Familiarity with accounting software including SAGE and the Payroll system Flexipay (part of Mitrefinch)
- Experience of the HR system Sizan would be a bonus
- Experience of CIS (Construction Industry Schemes) would be useful
As an Accounts Assistant your duties will include:-
- Processing monthly timesheets, expenses and payroll
- Complete and submit monthly on line information and payment for PAYE/NI and CIS to Inland Revenue.
- Completion of End of Year payroll forms.
- Run payroll reports and upload journal into general ledger
- Deal with Construction Industry Scheme deductions and preparation of certificates.
