Customer Support Administrator
Full Time 9-5pm Monday to Friday (30 min lunch break) 37.5 hours per week
£18-£19K depending on experience

We are working with a Medical support services company and an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Administrator.  This role is to work with a small friendly team. This role involves dealing with people via the telephone therefore a good telephone manner is required.

As a Customer Support Administrator your duties will include:-

  • Scheduling Assessor (a team of 5) appointments from healthcare professionals
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and Outlook
  • Product knowledge (training given)

The ideal Customer Support Administrator will have:
  • Good customer service skills and pleasant telephone manner
  • Good geographic knowledge of the south coast would be useful (area covers down to Cornwall, Bristol and down to Kent)
  • Good IT skills
