Business Support Administrator

Due to another successful year we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our busy but friendly team.
Key duties will include:
- Lead generation
- E-Mail and phone sales
- Seek out suitable candidates via various Social Media platforms and job boards
- Candidate growth and management - using the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively e.g. telephone or digital platforms
- Arrange interviews
- Updating, reviewing and maintaining the database
The skills you require are:
- Confident communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Common sense
- Attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be of smart appearance, have a lively, enthusiastic personality who is self-motivated and can work well on their own initiative as well as thrive within a team environment and most importantly you must not be afraid to have your voice heard.
The apprentice will be working to complete a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration depending on current qualifications over a period of 12 months. To be eligible for an apprenticeship you must be happy to enrol with our Apprenticeship provider.
