An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Customer Service advisors to join a leading financial organsiation in Wakefield
This is a 12 month contract working in the savings department within a team of 15/16 members.
Hours of work
Mon-Sat -35hrs per week - 8am-8pm, Saturday:9-5pm
(if Saturday is worked a day off during week is given)
2 early weeks/2 late weeks - 2 out of 3 Saturdays
Rota is provided 12 weeks in advance.
Duties to include:-
Take calls from customers who are wanting to discuss their financial options
Take calls from customers who may also call to discuss Bereavement cases where someone needs to be nominated as a "Power of Attorney" and deal with finances of those who are deceased.
Take calls from customers about internet banking queries relating to their savings
The ideal candidate will have :
Previous customer service experience
Be empathetic to be able to have sensitive conversations
Have strong communication skills in order to handle different conversations
Candidates will be trained on how to deal with different conversations and what options are available to customers.
Have excellent numeracy, literacy & IT skills.
