Being a key part of the Design Team and working closely with the Production Team also, key duties and responsibilities will include;-
• Creating both new design concepts and modification design updates for a range of both new and existing machinery products, producing 2D drawings and updates to existing versions
• Working closely with Clients to establish bespoke requirements and specifications
• Producing and updating all associated documentation and BOM's
• Producing and updating associated user manuals
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical design engineering background and have an in depth understanding of mechanical assembly design and good knowledge of hydraulic systems, ideally qualified to BEng degree level or equivalent.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and computer literate in general, you will be comfortable and versatile in most Microsoft Office software.
Must have a can-do attitude towards work, comfortable working as part of a team as well as on own initiative and have a methodical approach to engineering, with a good eye for detail and natural problem solving ability.

Hours of work typically: 08:30am-17:00pm (Mon-Thur), 08:30am-16:45pm (Fri)
