A fantastic opportunity is available for a Complaints Data Analyst to join a well established energy company in Birmingham City Centre.
You will be responsible for key reporting within Customer Complaints area and responsible for key daily reports to senior managers as well as supporting the daily reporting for Complaints advisers. These reports will form a key part of day to day working within the department and will require continuous monitoring and improvments allowing the business to hit key targets and requirements.
-Daily reporting to the management team
-Monitoring and improving current MI within complaints by monitoring calls.
-Effective communication by delivering feedback on all reports to advisors and senior managers
-Monitoring execution of policy changes as per instruction from the quality assurance and complaince manager and make recommendations for change.
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a similar role within a Complaints/ Customer service analyst role
-MI reporting experience
-Advanced Excel skills
-Understanding the importance of the customer journey in a compliant and profesional manner
-Basic understanding of the Energy Industry
-Confident in delivering reports to management
The company are offering a salary of £21,000-£23,000 with working hours of 8.45am till 17.00pm Monday to Friday, a fantastic benefits scheme and great working environment
