I am currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an expanding manufacturing company in the heart of Birmingham.
The role and responsibilities are to Manage and Develope the Quality Control Processes to ensure compliance, continued accreditation and business improvements to ISO9001/2015 by managing, monitoring and constant improvement of procedures and products.
-Develop the company's operating systems, with the aim of leading the company from ISO 9001-2008 certification to ISO9001-2015
-Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
-Verify closure of any non-conformities with Certification Bodies
-Complete all documentation including PPAP; ISIR; IMDS.
-Ensure constant innovation and improvement in procedures. Develop and implement new ways of working to ensure improved product quality and customer satisfaction.
-Ensuring suppliers are reviewed and all drawings are up to date and worked to accurately
-Liaise with customers to become approved suppliers.
-Planning and execution of internal & external audits. Identify areas for improvement with processes, products and suppliers
-Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality matters
-Manage customer nonconformity data base and provide detailed analysis of non-conformities
-Complete inductions with staff on the company's policies regarding Quality and Health and Safety.
-Completing statistical reports, full cost analysis and preventative planning in order to impact future productivity of the business.
-Settings KPI's and devise and implement systems for continuous improvement.
-Work closely with external Health & Safety advisor to ensure the Health and Safety at Work Act and any other relevant legislation is adhered to within the business.
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a similar role as a Quality Manager ideally within a Manufacturing or Automotive industry

The company are offering a salary of £30,000 and bonus based on KPI'S, fantastic modern offices, great benefits and hours of work are 9am till 17.00pm.
