We are recruiting for a temporary Facilities Administrator to work within a Higher Education organization.
Duties will include:
Dealing with requests for new furniture
Organising room redecoration
Organising the removal of redundant furniture, electrical items and confidential waste
Managing access control permissions
Submitting and controlling new key requests
Responding on day to day facilities issues as they arise
Identify and request additional cleaning
Carrying out weekly checks on disabled lifts and liasing with Maintenance in essential repairs
Good customer care skills
Facilities experience is useful but not essential.
