A fantastic opportunity is available for a Call Centre Team Leader to join the Customer Service department in an expanding Energy company close to Birmingham city centre. An exciting time to join a well-established growing business., the ideal candidate would be someone who is as passionate about customers and great service as we are. A friendly, experienced leadership professional, great coach and motivator, with the skills to motivate your team of up to 12 FTE to provide our customers with a brilliant experience, and exceed all targets.

The role and responsibilities of the Call Centre Team Leader
-Lead, motivate and coach a team of up to 12 Customer Care Advisors to ensure customers are provided with a great experience, both over the phone and in writing
-Follow all relevant HR processes
-Maintain coaching and performance documents for your team
-Act as an escalation point to ensure any customer questions are answered quickly and completely, with minimal support

To be considered for the Call Centre Team Leader role you must have worked in a call centre team leader role previously, ideally within Customer Service department
-A Customer first approach
-Excellent verbal and written communicator, with strong spelling and grammar skills
-Proven leadership and coaching experience
-Proactive with ability to manage own and teams workload effectively
-Experience in working with Customer satisfaction scores
-Call Centre Team Leader experience

The company offer a salary of £25,000- £32,000 and a fantastic benefits package plus 5% bonus annually , hours of work are to be flexible between 8am and 8pm and be open to work 1 in every 4 Saturdays 9-5pm.
