We are currently working with a bathroom accessory company based in Birmingham. The company manufacture bathroom accessories for one of the country's leading retailers and are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team due to a restructure in the department.
To undertake all work of a general administrative and clerical nature.
To undertake word processing of letters, memos, reports etc, as required.
To answer telephones and provide excellent customer service at all times
To communicate with the factory based in China
To communicate with shipping and freight companies to ensure items are delivered smoothly
The ideal candidate will be experienced in numerous administrative tasks and good customer service skills.
