Office Receptionist
We are recruiting for an Office Receptionist in Birmingham. Our Client is a well-established property investment training company.

As an Office Receptionist you will need to have/be:
Must be customer focused
Key attention to detail
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
A confident can-do attitude
Time management skills
An interest in education and/or property investing

Salary: £18,000.00 - £20,000.00 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Temp to Perm

Role of an Office Receptionist:
Meeting and greeting external and internal clients
Answering and directing incoming calls
Dealing with general enquires
General administration duties
Support team members
Deal with incoming and outgoing post
Arrange for couriers
Maintain stationery and kitchen supplies
Use in-house computer databases and all Microsoft packages at an intermediate level
Customer service representative for our online subscription service
