Junior Events Assistant

The role of a Junior Event Assistant is to provide assistance and support the events team.  The successful Junior Events Assistant she be a well organised and punctual person, With great admin and communication skills in a very busy working environment.  The Junior Events Assistant should have a flexible approach to working hours and duties.


As a Junior Events Assistant you will need to have experience in:

  • Updating internal system with bookings and cancelations
  • Update internal system with client information
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and pass the client details onto the sales team
  • Support the events team with admin duties
Details:
  • Salary: £18,000.00 per annum 
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00 (must be flexible to attend events)
  • Location: Birmingham
  • Duration: Permanent
Role of a Junior Events Assistant:
  • Attend Events and Seminars
  • Speak to clients to confirm attendance for seminars
  • Explain to clients what to expect during the seminars
  • Process payments
  • Create handouts for seminars
  • General admin duties
