A West Midlands travel company is looking to take on Customer Service advisors to work in their busy contact centre Through January – April
If you are a confident communicator, who works well in a fast paced environment, with excellent customer service skills please read on…
•Must have worked 6 – 12 months previously in a call centre environment.
•Must be flexible to work shifts between 08.00am – 22.00pm and one weekend on, one weekend off.
•You must have excellent communication skills
•Be able to work well on your own initiative
(Have handled complaints in a customer service environment)
