Job Description and Customer Service Agent Duties:
• Admin, including responding to email inbox, use of outlook, diary management.
• Excellent customer service skills, and telephone manner
• Previous contact centre experience is preferable
• I.T literate (this is a must for home working – you must be able to work off own initiative and resolve any issues accordingly.)
This position is starting 17th August and is an ongoing temporary position.
