A fantastic opportunity is available for a Medical Secretary to join a Clinic in the Centre of Birmingham

The role and responsibilities
-Diary Management
-General Administration
-Handling telephone queries
-Assisting with referrals
-Managing an inbox
-Attaching documents to files
-Dealing with invoices
-Handling complaints

To be considered for this role you must have Secretarial skills
-Medical Secretarial experience would be advantageous
-Diary management experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Microsoft office skills

Hourly rate £10.00- £11.50 per hour depending on experience, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, 1 Saturday per month, walking distance from new street station
