A well established manufacturing and distribution company based in Wolverhampton are looking to recruit for a Sales Administrator. The role is on a full time permanent basis to join their expanding team. The role is paying £17,500
As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for: -
- Taking orders over the telephone
- Processing sales orders from start to finish
- Building and maintaining relationships with all customers
- Providing quotations and chasing leads
- Upselling products where possible
- Managing the order book for allocation of stock
- Liaising with logistics, production and warehouse teams in relation to deliveries
- Logging customer complaints and investigating appropriately
- Working to service level agreements in line with company policy
The successful candidate will have ideally have worked within a manufacturing or distribution environment previously. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and good IT skills including Word/Excel.
