A well established manufacturing and distribution company based in Wolverhampton are looking to recruit an Outbound Internal Sales person. The role is on a full time permanent basis to join their expanding team. The role is paying £18,500
As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for: -
- Cold calling potential new customers and identifying new opportunities.
- Taking orders over the telephone
- Raising quotes from customers cross selling and upselling new product ranges.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all customers
- Providing quotations and chasing leads
- Upselling products where possible
- Updating Saleforce system and inputting all call activity
- - Working to service level agreements in line with company policy
The successful candidate will have ideally have worked within a manufacturing or distribution environment previously. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and good IT skills including Word/Excel.
Previous telesales account management experience is essential for this position.
