We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our professional services client in the Portishead location.
This is an important role that requires prompt and accurate attention to ensure that the client continues to deliver a high quality service to clients. You will need to be flexible and able to prioritise your workload. The role is a great opportunity to further your career in administration, whilst working for a reputable and very well established firm.
The main duties of the role will include:
-Sorting and distributing post to the Teams;
-Opening new client files on our claims management system;
-Copying and collating medical notes;
-Enveloping outgoing post, ensuring that all enclosures included;
-Archiving closed files; and,
-Dealing with general administrative tasks.
Previous administrative experience is required.
