£8.00 p/h, plus commission on leads
Monday - Friday - four evenings 4 - 8pm and Saturday 9-5pm

We are supporting a fantastic, well-established company in Central Bristol to work within one of their many customer service / sales departments.
Your main purpose for this role will be contacting potential customers in order to see if they are interested in signing up to a new food subscription service. The campaign is initially one month with the prospect of continuing if the campaign is successful.
All Advisors will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service and must be able to carry out all of the following duties when fully trained
o Effectively outbound call
o Ensure that calls are handled in adherence to campaign remit
o Successfully maintain call control
o Complete Ad hoc data entry/administration tasks as and when required
o Previous outbound calling is ESSENTIAL
o Strong communication skills, verbal & written
o Ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organisation
o Enthusiastic, positive attitude and motivated by high achievement
o Good interpersonal, objection handling, influencing,
negotiation and closing skills (Listening & responding
open questioning, rapport building).
o Team Player - ESSENTIAL Positive approach to team
work, enjoys being part of a team and creates a
positive environment, re-enforces group aims and will
always be eager to help colleagues
