Our client who is a global market leader in their field is looking for an Internal Sales Manager, who will be responsible for 3 Internal Account Managers reporting into the Depot Sales Manager, to join their office in North Somerset.
You will receive a salary circa £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus. There are also uncapped elements, plus a retention bonus once an employee has been with the company over 12 months. The working hours are great as you will be working Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00 pm.
You will be managing the Sales Team, including internal and external account managers, along with close liaison with the sector specific sales team, the individual will be responsible for helping set and deliver the sales budgets covering the South East of England, some key account management.
The Key duties of the role will include:
Implement the overall sales strategy
To ensure the London Business achieves its growth targets
Organise, assist and coach the sales team to achieve individual targets
In order to be successful for this role it is essential that you have the following:
Previous Sales Management Experience where you have demonstrated great sales technique application as well as developing strong people centred leadership qualities.
Be able to demonstrate sales growth, organically with existing customers and by identifying new business opportunities, through the motivation and good management of your team
Previous Account Management - proven success in a business to business environment
