Are you looking for a fixed term 12 month contract role, do you enjoy sorting information out and organising documents.

I am looking for a bright confident person to work in a mailroom, you must be very organised.

You will be working full-time hours which are 37.5 hours per week with shift rotation between the hours of 06:00-17:00.

You will earn a salary of £15,600 with the potential to earn up to £18,000

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who doesn't flap under pressure and always goes out of their way to help the customer.

After completing a comprehensive training experience, you will work on behalf of our clients providing outstanding customer service.

You do not need any previous experience in a customer facing role is not essential, but you will need a desire to provide consistently outstanding customer service to all of our clients.
You will be handling day to day requests which could include operating machinery such as mail opening, slitting machines, scanners for imaging documents received, opening and sorting shareholder requests received either via paper or electronic communication and updating our shareholders records with any changes received via our workflow system.
You will be working with an experienced set of Line Managers and colleagues who will provide support as and when it is needed.
