The Branch/Payroll Administrator is the first point of contact for Clients and Candidates attending the branch. The Branch Administrator will receive, liaise with and control the data about workers and be on hand to answer any queries from clients and candidates at all times implementing standard procedures and representing the company, providing support for any number of temporary workers on the branch database, processing accurate weekly payroll to ensure salaries are correct and on time.

Duties to include advising applicants on registration processes ensuring correct ID and vetting information is taken,
Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries
Inputting candidate information onto the computer systems
Completing relevant paperwork to ensure candidates are set up for payroll
Submitting timesheets to candidates working
Processing payroll information
Completing Spreadsheets for various contracts
Control of the Branch Social Media, Facebook and Linkedin
Creating Adverts and posting jobs to various Websites
Ensuring stationary stock is kept up to date
