I am looking for a Customer Service Advisor £18,000 - £19,000to join a professional friendly team based in East Bristol to start immediately!
An East Bristol based company that manufactures protective clothing is expanding due to being awarded a contract to supply clothing and equipment for a collaborative procurement framework. Their customers are in the UK, as well as in more than 110 countries worldwide.
You will provide an excellent level of customer service to customers and provide administrational support. The main aspect of your role will be resolving helpdesk queries and taking responsibility for them until resolved. You will also load orders, ensure all documentation is completed and organise email correspondence and input any data gathered.
To succeed in this role you will have excellent customer service and the ability to prioritise tasks. You will understand the importance of responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm and the salary is £18,000 to £19,000. This company offers FREE onsite parking, 25 days + bank holiday, auto enrol pension and profit share.
