Experienced Temporaries Consultant

We are looking to recruit an experienced Temporaries Consultant or a candidate with extensive sales experience to work as a Temps Consultant within our Bristol Commercial branch.
A 'can do' attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations is a must together with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be taking over an existing ‘warm’ desk, so you will need to maintain existing relationships with clients. There is plenty of room for development with high-volume use of techniques such as cold calling, speculative calls on behalf of candidates, client visits and marketing.
Interviewing a variety of candidates using biographical and competency based interviewing.
Matching candidates with clients’ vacancies.
The ideal candidate:
Will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant or an individual who has extensive sales experience in business-to-business and cold calling.
Most important of all you must have a strong and tenacious personality and be able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment.
You must be a real “people person” and enjoy communicating with your candidates and clients both over the telephone and face-to-face.
The ideal candidate must be a team player; this is a friendly and enthusiastic team based in Bristol .
We offer quality in house training, support and where applicable offer the opportunity to gain REC qualified Recruitment Consultant status (Certificate in Recruitment Practice).
Salary dependant on experience with uncapped OTE and excellent earning potential
