The role is a Compliance Administrator position role.

Working hours are full time Monday - Friday.
The salary on offer is circa £19,000 - £21,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus an additional, achievable bonus which is paid annually.
Compliance Administrator, working in an administrative role with a high work load and a fast paced environment. You will be managing a pre-employment screening process, assessing and progressing screening status's, contacting candidates by telephone, email and face to face to gather necessary information and documents, liaising with team members to ensure compliance, keeping accurate up to date records on the database and preparing files to audit.
You will need to have previous administration experience, ideally in a compliance admin related role, experience working in a commercial environment, excellent and accurate IT skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. High standards of written and spoken communication, including a good telephone manner, strong organisational skills and administration processes as well as impeccable eye for detail. You will need to have a professional approach and also be really customer focused with high personal standards, ability to prioritise a high work load.
