The Company

Established, forward thinking beauty retail based organisation, have a new opportunity for an Area Manager to join their team which is situated in the East area of Bristol, but will also involve regular travel across the South-West.

You will be offered a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits including 5 weeks annual leave per annum, a pension scheme, generous discounts on products and services, a company mobile phone and health care package.

Working hours are 37 per week, 08.30 - 4.30 pm Monday - Thursday and 08.30 am - 4.00 pm on a Friday. Parking will be available.

The Role
Area Manager
Working closely with the Senior Management Team, your role will be to help drive the continuous improvement of performance across a range of retail studios for sales, customer service and cleanliness.

You'll need to have excellent communication skills, you must be super organised, confident and have strong commercial awareness, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The role will focus on ensuring that the organisation consistently delivers exceptional levels of service across all areas.

Your duties will include, working closely with managers to encourage them to achieve and exceed KPIs, supporting sales initiatives by working closely with the marketing team, ensure an outstanding customer service in all areas, coaching and training team members to enable them to excel.

You'll also work closely with the engineering team to manage the maintenance, delivering product and package sales training, as well as assisting with the recruitment and management of new staff, coordinating teams during periods of absence. Ensuring excellence in the presentation and cleanliness of all of the studios and analysing stock levels.

The Person
You will ideally have previous experience within a managerial role and have a really positive and motivational approach and a strong focus on customer service and sales. You will need to have strong initiative to go above and beyond expectations. You'll need to be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. Any relevant qualifications will be welcomed.
