Our client is a market leading specialist supplier of laboratory equipment used in bio tech applications. Due to their ongoing success in fast becoming the supplier of choice in their sector, they now require an additional person for their customer care team, reporting in to the UK Sales Manager.
This is a key sales support role and involves producing and coordinating tenders and quotations then managing the order process from receipt of order through to delivery stage. Liaison with clients, logistics companies and the sales team is an integral part of this job.
Duties also include organising the loan of equipment to clients and actively pursuing a sale or return.
