Senior Customer Service Executive

Pertemps Northampton Commercial are currently looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to work in the Daventry area, your day to day duties will include:

  • Processing incoming orders, quotations and enquiries daily.
  • Answering telephone, and responding to emails.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external business and strategic partners.
  • End to end account management - from order to dispatch.
  • Monitoring sales figures monthly - monthly progress reports.
  • Sales support.
