Senior Customer Service Executive
Pertemps Northampton Commercial are currently looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to work in the Daventry area, your day to day duties will include:
- Processing incoming orders, quotations and enquiries daily.
- Answering telephone, and responding to emails.
- Build and maintain relationships with external business and strategic partners.
- End to end account management - from order to dispatch.
- Monitoring sales figures monthly - monthly progress reports.
- Sales support.
To be considered for this exciting Senior Customer Service Executive role, you will need the following skills / experience:
- Good at problem-solving.
- Able to prioritise workload.
- Work under pressure.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
