This key support role is based at a major European manufacturing company within its Market Harborough office facility - The role is part time 5 days a week, hours 9.30am - 2.30pm.

The successful candidate will provide an interface between customers, R&D and sales department, planning and shipping.

Duties briefly include:

  • Coordination of customer orders, specifications, pricing and shipping charges.
  • Receiving and entering technical enquiries and liaising with account managers.
  • Providing admin support to the accounts and sales teams.
  • Creation and maintenance customer files.
  • Ensuring good rapport with key account personnel.
