We are currently recruiting for an experienced part time Purchase Ledger for a well-established manufacturing company offering an immediate start, salary of up to £16,000 Pro Rata per annum plus fantastic company benefits.
The purpose of the role is to provide all round accounts and administration support to the finance department.
Daily duties will include;
Reconciliation of all supplier statements
Maintain an accurate and up to date purchase ledger
Producing Monthly payment lists
Maintain designated purchase ledger accounts
Enable all invoices to be paid to suppliers by their due date, and be able to liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries.
Applicants must be fully proficient in Sage Line 50, Word and Excel.
The hours of work are between Monday to Friday 09:00am - 5:30pm
