We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in Handsworth. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation that specialise country wide

The company are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join their team on a temporary to basis, Offering a salary up to £8 per hour dependant on experience
The purpose of the role is to support the sales and customer service team with all aspects of the daily duties to enable smooth running and efficiently of the business

Duties include:

- Dealing with incoming customer calls and dealing with their request effectually and accordingly
- loading orders onto the bespoke system using Codes and product naming
- Matching various invoices and making sure everything is correct and accurate
- Support customers with any enquires and dealing with them accordingly
- Working with the team and management and supporting in areas to complete tasks
- Completing general administration duties such as scanning, filling and sending email correspondences when needed
- Maintaining relationships with key clients and following up when any requested instructions

The hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

This position requires someone who is able to work on their own accord and complete tasks given with little instruction as this role is working within a fast paced environment
