We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for one of the UK'S leading textile rental and laundry service companies. The Successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £18,000 + commission. This role is for an immediate start .
The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent customer care experience over the phone and other media, through timely issue resolution and problem prevention to enquiries and complaints.
Dealing with incoming customer calls and dealing with their request effectually and accordingly
loading orders onto the bespoke system using Codes and product naming
Matching various invoices and making sure everything is correct and accurate
Support customers with any enquires and dealing with them accordingly
Working with the team and management and supporting in areas to complete tasks
Completing general administration duties such as scanning, filling and sending email correspondences when needed
Maintaining relationships with key clients and following up when any requested instructions
The successful candidate will benefit from onsite parking company pension and 33 Days holiday (inc Bank Holiday)
The hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
This position requires someone who is able to work on their own accord and complete tasks given with little instruction as this role is working within a fast paced environment
