We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Oldbury. You will be working as part of a small friendly team managing the day to day accounts duties, in return this company offers excellent benefits, great working environment and free onsite parking. Salary £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience Hours of Work 08.00am – 17.00 with early finish on a Friday Main Duties • Daily bank reconciliations • Collating information and generating reports • Generate invoices and credit notes • Journal postings • Credit control • Purchase ledger • Posting cash payments • Dealing with all cheque payments • Prepare all payment runs • Check, code and process all expenses • Covering other members of staff during holidays • General accounts duties Candidate Specification • Experience of using Sage 200 • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent attention to detail • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment If you have experience in Purchase Ledger, Accounts or Credit Control, please apply today.
