We are an ever expanding manufacturing company based in the West Midlands area and we are seeking a full time Sales Administrator to join our team. You will be working along side are friendly Sales department where you will in charge of the smooth running of the office.
The role will offer the candidate the opportunity to grow in the business and utilise your skills.
The responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
" Arranging appointment for the sales executives
" Processing orders
" Stock control
" Processing invoices
" Dealing with customer and client queries
" General Administration
The requirements of the Sales Administrator:
" Excellent time keeping
" Strong telephone manner
" Excellent customer service skills
" Self management and the ability to prioritise tasks
" Knowledge of Word and Excel
You may be required to complete a basic assessment which will include data entry and Microsoft programmes.
Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday & 08:30-16:30 Friday
Salary: £8.00 - £11.00 per hour depending on experience
Location: Parking is available as well as easy access via public transport
